Fraud Analyst, ideally with some background investigation experience, is needed. Duties include:

DUTIES:

- Research and investigate fraudulent activity related to the misuse of satellite television service, and improper account and service set up or distribution.

- Provide excellent customer service (in English and Spanish) to individuals who have opened claims of identity theft and false charges.

- Research and verify legitimacy of identity theft claims and open cases.

- Develop facts and obtain information from multiple resources to build fraud cases.

- Analyze data, draw conclusions based on findings and clearly summarize complex results for investigators.
