Education: High School Diploma or GED Formal Training: Law Enforcement Background Desired.

Job Description:

Detect occurrences of unlawful acts or infractions of rules in private establishment, or seek, examine, and compile information for client.

Writes reports, take photos, shoot 60-90 second video's and prepare case summaries to document investigations and inform supervisors.

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

U.S. Railways has a contract with a national signal piracy auditing corporation. Our purpose is the identification and documentation of telecom and Proprietary Information piracy. (Establishments who "steal" an event, such as a pay-per-view boxing match, by showing it without having paid the commercial rate.) Our client provide services for numerous providers of proprietary telecommunications, such as Cable Television Systems, Satellite Providers, and Pay-per-view programmers.

We are looking for individuals with law enforcement background who might be interested in joining our network of surveillance investigators. As an investigator, you would enter commercial establishments on nights of Pay-per-View boxing events with the purpose of identifying and documenting the illegal showing of such events. We have a list of "legals" that we provide you with the evening before the event, so you'll know not to go to those locations. The pay is highly competitive.
