Workers' Compensation Fraud Investigator

D.L. Price Investigations, Inc. has over 25 years of experience working in the field of workers' compensation, safety and general liability investigations. We are a statewide, professional organization dedicated to our clients' success.

We are seeking a part time, experienced, certified workers' compensation fraud investigator in California to add to our team. We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, reliable, flexible person with a positive attitude. The investigator must be organized, detail oriented, a problem solver and have good verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate would be experienced in Workers' Compensation fraud reporting procedures and would have experience working with various agencies in California such as the Department of Insurance and local District Attorneys offices. A law enforcement background is also preferable.

Experience Requirements:
• Workers' compensation fraud investigations; minimum 2-3 years experience

General Requirements:

• Ability write clear concise reports.
• Ability to efficiently complete and manage multi case work load.
• Ability to use MS Office and general computer functions
• Knowledge of the workers compensation claims process and extensive experience handling workers' compensation fraud cases.
• Knowledge of Workers compensation fraud reporting procedures such as FD-1 filings and packaging of cases for dual reporting purposes.
