Incorporated in 1999 under the direction of Carolyn Langenohl and Steve Mazefsky, LSI's mission was to provide the insurance, legal and self-insured communities with the opportunity to streamline the vendor management process associated with claims handling. Our investigative services are licensed and provided in the following states: Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, West Virginia, Ohio and Florida. Our average investigator has seven years of direct-experience in the area of insurance investigation, and they earn more than the industry average, allowing us to retain quality staff.
